What is Littlebox India’s 15-days return & exchange policy? How does it work?
Littlebox India 15-days returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from the Littebox India website/m-site for any reason within 15 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.
Kindly note, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please also note that we only offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product, we suggest that you return it to obtain store credit and purchase the new item separately.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to our 15-days Return & Exchange Policy:
All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact (e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box).
Please note that we do not refund the shipping or COD charges incurred by you.
The exchange policy allows for only size exchanges.
If you self-ship your return/exchange, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service. A fixed amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed subject to the return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy.
Please allow 24 hours post-delivery of your order for your order status to be updated in your Littlebox India account.
Please check the items, type of return/exchange, and other related details carefully. Our courier partner will pick up only the items mentioned at the time of submitting the return/exchange request by you
In case the items handed over to the courier person don't match the details of the items mentioned in the return/exchange request, we will conduct an internal probe and get back to you accordingly.
If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return.
How do I return products purchased from Littlebox India?
Does Littlebox India pick up the product I want to return/exchange from my location?
Currently, we pick up products only from selected PIN Codes. Please note the following salient points -
We will pick up the return within 1-3 business days from the request placement date
Please keep the return/exchange shipment ready and ensure that the product(s) is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact
How can I self-ship the return/exchange product to Littlebox India?
In case your area pin code is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to self-ship the item(s) to be returned via any reliable courier partner. Please ensure that you place a sheet of paper with details of the Order ID and Return/Exchange ID in the package. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed Rs. 100 via Littlebox Store Credits.
We request you to share the courier details with us on firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the Rs.100 store credits to your account, valid for all your future purchases with Littleboxindia.com
You can self-ship the products you wish to return/exchange by any reliable courier service within 7 days of raising a return/exchange request. Any product self-shipped after 7 days of raising a return/exchange request will not be considered
How long will it take for me to receive the refund of my returned product?
If your return order is picked up by us, the refund process will be initiated within 24-48 business hours of the pickup, and a refund confirmation email and SMS will be sent to you. The refund amount will reflect in your source account in the next 5-7 business days. In case the refund is to be made in the form Littlebox India Store Credits, the amount will reflect in 24-48 business hours.
If you self-ship the return order, the product(s) will first go through a quality check at our end. Once it clears the check, the refund process will be initiated within 24-48 business hours and the amount will reflect in your source account in the next 5-7 business days. If the refund is to be made in the form of Littlebox India Store Credits, the amount will reflect in 24-48 business hours. In case the product does not meet our quality check, we will not be able to process the refund
In case of any refund discrepancies, Littlebox India may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank/credit card/wallet statement.
I returned my order and opted to get store credits instead of a refund. How do I apply them?
Once you return a product to us, we will add the value of your order (minus any shipping and/or COD charges) back to your account as Littlebox Credits. You can use your store credits on future orders at Little Box India website.
At the time of your next purchase, please sign in with your registered email ID to view and utilize your store credits. On the checkout page, a store credit tab will reflect your store credits. Here, the total amount to be paid by you will be calculated after deducting the store credits.
Please note, store credits cannot be used to cover shipping and COD charges.
How do I return/exchange multiple products from a single order?
If you are returning/exchanging multiple products from a single order together, we will generate a single Return ID/Exchange ID for all products and you will receive an e-mail and SMS confirmation for the same
If you wish to return/exchange another product from a single order at a later date, still within the 15-days return policy, we will accept your return/exchange and arrange a reverse pick-up for the second time. The subsequent returns/exchanges for the same order will be self-shipped by you and no reimbursement for the same will be provided by us in any form.
Why did the pick-up of my product fail?
We make three attempts to pick up the item. If the item is not picked up on the third attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed
Coupons Terms and Conditions
The value and the mode of using the E-Coupon are mentioned in the electronic communication
One E-Coupon can be used only for one purchase irrespective of the value of such purchase and the unutilized or underutilized value of the E-Coupons shall be forfeited and the User cannot claim any benefit or a substitute E-Coupon in lieu of the same. The purchase value of the item in excess of the value of the E-Coupon shall be paid by the User along with using the E-Coupon.
E-Coupon carries no cash value and cannot be transferred, negotiated or sold and cannot be redeemed against cash. E-Coupons cannot be combined with any other coupons or any other offer or discounts or promotions
Imitation of Liability: Under no circumstances Company’s liability shall exceed giving the User a replacement E-Coupon of the same nature and of the same value
In case of any dispute, the final decision will be taken on the basis of Littlebox India's discretion.
Littlebox India reserves the right at any time, without notice, to add/alter/change/or vary any or all of the terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, the ongoing offer by another offer, whether similar to the offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
What is Littleboxindia’s Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel an order through the website/M-site/app until it has been packed at our warehouse. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

How do I cancel my order?
For order cancellation, please contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org Kindly note, orders can only be canceled before they are packed in our warehouse.
Shipping and Delivery
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
We process and ship every order within 48-72 business hours of receiving it. Your order will get delivered within 4-6 business days depending on your location in India. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on the accessibility of your location.
What should be done if my package has been opened or tampered with?
If your package has been opened or tampered with, we request you to not accept the shipment and immediately inform our customer care team via email email@example.com . Kindly note, any intimation after 24 hours of the attempted delivery, will not be considered.
