Orders & Tracking
How long will it take for my order to reach me ?
Our orders are generally dispatched within 2-7 days. Once the order is dispatched the attempt to deliver the order is made within 4-5 business days. However the delivery time is completely dependent on the delivery location.
How do I cancel my order?
For order cancellation, please raise a TICKET from your My Account Page littleboxindia.com/account . Kindly note, orders can only be cancelled if they are not shipped.
Can I change the shipping address of my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please ensure your details are correct before completing your purchase.
Where can I view my past orders?
You can view all your orders under MY ACCOUNT section of your LittleboxIndia account.
What is the cancellation policy at Littlebox India?
Please note you can only cancel your order till it hasn’t been dispatched by us. Refund for Debit card/Credit Card, UPI and Netbanking orders will be processed within 7-14 banking days.
What if my order is incorrectly marked as DELIVERED?
If your order is marked as DELIVERED and you have not received the order,kindly contact us by raising a TICKET within 24 hrs from the date of the order being marked as DELIVERED.Beyond the mentioned time frame we will not be able to carry on any investigation into the case and will take the order as DELIVERED.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange my product for a different size?
Yes, you can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and has original packaging with tags intact.
Is there a fee for exchanges?
Yes, a ₹99 exchange handling fee per order applies, collected at the time of delivery of the exchange item.
What if my size is not available?
You’ll receive store credit of the product value (shipping & COD charges are not refunded). Store credit is valid for 1 year.
Can I return a product if I don’t want to exchange?
Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, but you’ll get store credit only (no monetary refunds). Store credit is valid for 1 year.
Who will handle the pickup?
Reverse pickup is available in most locations. If not, you can self-ship the item, and courier charges (up to ₹200) will be reimbursed with valid proof. A ₹99 handling fee applies per order for returns/exchanges.
Can I return/exchange only one item from a multi-item order?
Yes, partial returns/exchanges are allowed. The handling fee applies once per order.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the product & packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue store credit after verification.
Are there items that cannot be returned or exchanged?
Yes. The following are non-returnable/non-exchangeable: - Personalized or custom-made items - Final sale items - Innerwear, swimwear & beauty products (for hygiene reasons).
Payments & Refunds
How can I pay for my order?
You can place the order on Prepaid mode or Cash on Delivery (COD). We accept payments through Card, Netbanking and UPI.
Where can I see my refund?
If a Prepaid Order is cancelled under any circumstances, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. For payments made from UPI/Wallets/UPI App the refund will get cedited to your bank account linked with the specific UPI service provider.
PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR ANY ORDERS WHICH ARE SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED. WE WILL PROVIDE WITH A VOUCHER OF PRODUCT AMOUNT ( EXCLUDING THE SHIPPING CHARGES ) AGAINST YOUR ORDER ID. THE VOUCHER WILL BE APPLICABLE ON LITTLEBOX WEBSITE ACROSS ALL CATEGORY AND WILL BE VALID FOR 1 YEAR.
