Exchange Policy
Size Exchange
- You can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Upload clear photos of the product and tags when submitting your request.
- All requests are verified before processing.
Pickup & Shipping (Exchange)
- Reverse pickup is available in most locations.
- If reverse pickup is not available:
- You may self-ship the item.
- Courier charges will be reimbursed up to ₹200 with valid proof of shipping.
Other Details
- Exchange is subject to size availability.
- A ₹99 exchange handling fee per order applies and will be collected at the time of delivery of the exchange order.
- If your size is unavailable:
- Prepaid Orders → Store credit of product value only (shipping & COD charges are not refunded).
- COD Orders → Store credit of product value only (shipping & COD charges not refunded).
- Partial Exchanges → You may exchange only selected products in a multi-item order. The handling fee applies once per order.
Returns
- ** Important: All approved returns will be issued as store credit only (no monetary refunds).
- Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used for your next purchase.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Upload clear photos of the product and tags to initiate a return.
- All return requests are verified before approval.
- Shipping & COD charges are not refundable.

- If reverse pickup is not available:
- You may self-ship the item.

Partial Returns
- Allowed for multi-item orders.
- The return handling fee is applied once per order.
Damaged/Wrong Products
- If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit as per your preference after verification.
Non-returnable Items
- Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
- For hygiene reasons, innerwear, swimwear, and beauty products are non-returnable.
- Orders placed using the B1G1 offer code are not eligible for cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
