Size Exchange
  • You can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Upload clear photos of the product and tags when submitting your request.
  • All requests are verified before processing.
Pickup & Shipping (Exchange)
  • Reverse pickup is available in most locations.
  • If reverse pickup is not available:
    • You may self-ship the item.
    • Courier charges will be reimbursed up to ₹200 with valid proof of shipping.

  • Exchange is subject to size availability.
  • A ₹99 exchange handling fee per order applies and will be collected at the time of delivery of the exchange order.
  • If your size is unavailable:
    • Prepaid Orders → Store credit of product value only (shipping & COD charges are not refunded).
    • COD Orders → Store credit of product value only (shipping & COD charges not refunded).
  • Partial Exchanges → You may exchange only selected products in a multi-item order. The handling fee applies once per order.
Returns
  • ** Important: All approved returns will be issued as store credit only (no monetary refunds).
  • Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used for your next purchase.
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • All return requests are verified before approval.
  • Shipping & COD charges are not refundable.

Partial Returns
  • Allowed for multi-item orders.
  • The return handling fee is applied once per order.
Damaged/Wrong Products
  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit as per your preference after verification.
Non-returnable Items
  • Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • For hygiene reasons, innerwear, swimwear, and beauty products are non-returnable.
  • Orders placed using the B1G1 offer code are not eligible for cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
