- Click on the button to initiate an exchange request. (Please note:- The exchange button will be visible 24 hours after the order has been delivered.)
Note: The exchange request can be raised only once for one order. Hence please try and check the products carefully you have received in one order before initiating the exchange as we do not provide multiple exchanges for the same order.
What is your Exchange Policy?
Littleboxindia 10-days exchange policy gives you an option to exchange items purchased from the litteboxindia website for any reason within 10 days of receiving of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition. Kindly note, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please also note that we only offer size exchanges and damaged product exchange.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to our 10-days Exchange Policy:
-All items to be exchanged must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact (e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box).
-We provide customers a store credit in the form of a Gift Card worth the price of the product(excluding COD charges and GST)
-The exchange policy allows for only size exchanges and damaged product.
-Exchange is only allowed if there is a size issue. You can opt to take the next size you need . If the particular size is not available on the website, we will provide you with the gift voucher.
-If you have received any defective product, please inform it to us within 48 hours after the delivery. Once our quality team checks the same, we will send you the new product.
-Please allow 24 hours post-delivery of your order for your order status to be updated in your Littleboxindia account.
-Please check the items, type of exchange, and other related details carefully. Our courier partner will pick up only the items mentioned at the time of submitting the exchange request by you In case the items handed over to the courier person don't match the details of the items mentioned in the exchange request, we will conduct an internal probe and get back to you accordingly.
How do I raise a second exchange for my exchanged order?
We do not have a second exchange policy. However, if you still want to initiate the exchange, an amount of 250 INR will be charged for the second exchange.
How to exchange combo items?
Important: If you have purchased a combo order from our website, please note that we do not offer exchanges for single products in the combo order. In order to process an exchange, both products in the combo order should be exchanged together. We ask that you carefully review the items within your combo order before finalizing your purchase.
